First time apartment renters, ages 18 through 25

Brief

Design a checklist of things to document upon move-in to a new apartment. A user should be able to print the checklist and use it as a reference when filling out their move-in form or complete online.

Solution

I conducted some research on a small group who had recently moved into their first home and decided on a fun 7taps course as a basic reminder list or hook to get them thinking about the paperwork required as well as the fun stuff when getting your first home.

Extras - checklist of furnishings etc. to also think about

Result

The 7taps course was seen as a fun hook and the test participants enjoyed the fact that they could link to a printable list to use as it was 'Really useful,' 'Had things I hadn't thought about getting!'.
